What is in the workbook
- Instructions: how to run a 90-minute team session and settle disagreements between answers.
- Assessment: the 30 questions with the five anchored answers, a drop-down to record each answer and a notes column for evidence.
- Results: pillar indices, FEI score and level with the weakest-pillar rule, and a radar chart.
- 90-day plan: the move for each of your answers, ready to assign to owners and dates.
- Evidence checklist: what the jury looks for in each pillar, to prepare verification.
The workbook uses the same model and formulas as the online assessment. Results are identical.
How to use it as a team
- Before the sessionSend the workbook to four to six people: production, maintenance, quality, continuous improvement, one team leader and, if possible, one operator.
- IndividuallyEach person answers alone, for the bottleneck line on a normal week, and notes the evidence behind each answer.
- Together, 90 minutesCompare answers question by question. Where answers differ by two points or more, walk to the line and look. Where they differ by one, apply the rule: choose the lower one.
- AfterEnter the agreed answers in the online assessment to receive the report, and keep the workbook as your evidence file.
