Verification
Verification turns a self-assessment into a confirmed one. It takes a few pieces of evidence and 45 minutes of your time, and it is the only route to recognition.
Who can apply
Any plant that has completed the assessment and reached Level 3 or above. Plants below Level 3 are welcome to use their report and apply once they have progressed; the 90-day moves in the report are designed for exactly that.
The request must come from someone who can speak for the plant's management system, usually the plant manager, the operations director or the head of continuous improvement.
What to prepare
The jury asks for evidence of practice, not presentations. Photos taken with a phone are fine. Remove anything confidential: jurors do not need customer names, prices or volumes.

The interview
Two jurors from your league hold a 45-minute video call with the plant. They go through your answers pillar by pillar, ask for examples, and may ask you to show a board or a screen on camera. Jurors come from outside your company and sign a conflict-of-interest declaration for each plant they review.
The jurors can confirm, raise or lower each answer. The verified score and level are sent to the plant in writing within four weeks, with the reason for every change.
After verification
- Your verified status is dated and valid for 12 months.
- You can choose to appear in the public register, or not.
- Your plant is considered for recognition at the next cut-off of your league.
- A second verified assessment at least six months later makes you eligible for Most Improved.

Fill in the form below. We confirm your request, share the evidence upload link and propose interview slots with jurors from your league. If your league has not opened recognition yet, your plant can still be verified and will be considered in the league's first cycle.
Questions
Will TEEPTRAK staff attend the interview?
No. A coordinator from TEEPTRAK may schedule it, but only jurors attend and decide. Sales staff have no access to jury notes.
What if we disagree with the jury?
You can ask for a review within 30 days. A third juror who took no part in the first decision reviews the file.
